Casa Tomás is a simple country house from 1718, rehabilitated into a country bed and breakfast. It is located in the small village of Rubió (Anoia) with a population of less than 100; 15 kilometers away from Igualada and 100 km from Barcelona.

The house has been completely restored, with total respect of its original structure, giving place to a rustic, spacious and authentic house with all the necessary commodities to guarantee a pleasant and quiet stay.
One must rent the whole house, which holds a total of eight people with four double rooms (two with one double bed), two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with chimney, spacious dinning room, entrance room, cellar, barbeque, sunroom and garden with aromatic plants. The house is decorated with most of its original furniture, properly restored
Sights
One can admire the church of Sta. Maria de Rubió, a XIV century construction with Romanic-gothic style with an exceptional gothic altarpiece inside. One can also visit the church of Sant Pere d?Ardesa from the XI-XII currently being restored; the church of Sant Macari, near the house; and the church of Sant Martí from the XII century, redone in the XVII century and located in the village of Masana.
Other options are the megalithic grave in the Maioles and the ?The Three Kings? dolmens located next to the BV-1031 highway.
You can also visit the eolic Park, inaugurated in 2005, accessible from the municipal road that crosses the BV-1031 road.
