Mingorría in Basque means Red Earth is the name given to Basque red granite quarries, the granite was used to construct the monetary Escorial. One of the economic activities which has more focus is Bobino livestock with cattle, sheep, horse and chickens with hens.
The house is new construction built on two floors with rustic rural. It has capacity for up to five people, who are divided into three rooms on the upper level with a bathroom.
